We provide dashcam installation services for personal vehicles. All installations are carried out by a trained professional. We aim to deliver high-quality work and excellent customer service at all times.
2. Booking and Appointments

Bookings must be made through our official website using the Wix Booking System.

Once booked, you will receive a confirmation message via phone or email.

You are responsible for arriving at your appointment on time with your vehicle.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at dashcammanbelfast@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Payments

All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment via cash or bank transfer.

A receipt can be provided upon request.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your vehicle is clean and accessible before the appointment.

If you choose to wait in the area during the installation, we recommend visiting nearby locations such as St George’s Market or local cafés.

Any valuables left in the vehicle are at your own risk.
6. Installation Warranty

We offer a 30-day installation guarantee. If any installation-related issues arise during this time, we’ll fix them at no additional cost.

This does not cover faults caused by customer tampering, damage to the dashcam, or unrelated vehicle issues.
7. Dashcam Use & Legal Responsibility

It is your responsibility to understand the laws regarding dashcam usage and privacy in Northern Ireland.

We are not liable for how you choose to use your dashcam footage.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every care during installation, we are not liable for any:

Pre-existing electrical issues or faults in the vehicle

Malfunction or damage to third-party dashcams not supplied by us

Loss of data or footage due to device failure
